Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 44kb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 44kb website, mobile platform, and all associated services including casino games, cricket betting, sports wagering, promotions, and customer support ("the Services").

By creating an account on 44kb, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 44kb account. Each individual may hold only one account at any given time.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from 44kb or from gambling services generally under any self-exclusion programme at the time of registration.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and current personal information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform.

44kb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a player's use of the platform. This may include a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document recognised in Bangladesh. Where satisfactory verification cannot be completed, 44kb may restrict or suspend access to the account and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is resolved.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 44kb Services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you will be required to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and any other information reasonably requested by 44kb to verify your identity and comply with applicable obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not permit any other person to access your account. 44kb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your 44kb account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 44kb Support immediately via the 24/7 Live Chat service. 44kb will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

44kb reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or close an account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reason to believe that the information provided during registration is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent. Accounts found to be duplicates of an existing account will be closed without notice and any balance in the duplicate account may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

44kb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via a range of locally supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount on the 44kb platform is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your 44kb account settings and may vary depending on the payment method selected. 44kb does not impose currency conversion charges on BDT transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 44kb accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited into a 44kb account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 44kb does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and any such deposit may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to prevent money laundering, fraud, and the misuse of third-party payment methods.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed promptly. Processing times may vary based on payment method and account verification status.

The following general conditions apply to all 44kb bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion a maximum of once, unless otherwise stated.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 44kb platform, you agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose — namely, lawful personal entertainment through online casino games and sports betting. You expressly agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of your relationship with 44kb, including during registration, verification, or the submission of a support request.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one 44kb account, whether in your own name or through the use of third parties, proxy identities, or false credentials.

• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of any deposit made to your 44kb account.

• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other artificial means to interact with the 44kb platform in a way that simulates or substitutes human play.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the 44kb platform or in any game to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal play conditions.
• Offensive conduct: Using abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language toward 44kb support staff or other platform users through any communication channel including Live Chat.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable. 44kb's determination of whether a breach has occurred shall be final and binding.

Account Suspension & Closure

44kb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• The player has initiated an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The player has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the 44kb Responsible Gaming programme.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the restriction or termination of the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 44kb will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via their registered email address or through the 44kb messaging system. During a suspension period, access to the platform will be restricted and withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

Players may also voluntarily close their 44kb account at any time by contacting 44kb Support via the 24/7 Live Chat service. Before closing an account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any ineligible bonus funds) will be made available for withdrawal to a verified payment method. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44kb, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 44kb platform or its Services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 44kb shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including interruptions caused by technical failures, network outages, or maintenance work.
• Any loss of data, account history, or game session records resulting from a technical error, system failure, or force majeure event.
• Any financial loss arising from a player's gambling activity on the 44kb platform, including losses resulting from bets placed during periods of perceived technical error or connectivity issues.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or market data where such errors are attributable to third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).
• Any loss or damage arising from a player's failure to maintain the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to the player's payment provider, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.

Where a game, event, or market is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, 44kb reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the stake amounts to the affected players' 44kb accounts. This shall constitute 44kb's full and final liability in respect of any such error. In no event shall 44kb's total aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
